What are Hiring Stages

Hiring stages refer to the different steps in a recruitment process. The first step is always to start sourcing candidates. This can be done via social media, posting on job boards, or advertising on the company website.
Then it moves into screening candidates. This can be done through reviewing CVs, assessments, and interviews.
Next up is selecting the preferred candidate and offering them the position. A negotiation may ensue.
Once the person starts, the onboarding process begins. This is still a stage of the hiring person, despite the person now being an employee. The first few weeks of working in your company will influence how well this person performs and how long they stay for.
