What are Personality Traits

Personality traits are the natural characteristics of people. These may include being well-organized, analytical, friendly, persuasive, honest, and many others. Personality traits are also often referred to as ‘soft skills’, especially in the recruitment process. Hiring managers often seek certain personality traits when they are looking to recruit. This can be useful for making sure that someone is a great fit within the team or the culture of the organization.
There are assessments you can take to determine what personality traits someone has. Occasionally, you may come across these in a recruitment process, but some people take them just for fun.
