What is Recruitment

Recruitment is the name for the process through which organizations hire new staff members. This process is more than just conducting interviews and choosing your preferred candidate. It also includes advertising a role, finding applicants, and screening applicants. Finally, once you have a candidate accept your offer, it also encompasses onboarding.
Recruitment may be the responsibility of the HR department in many firms. However, the hiring manager should also have a large amount of influence. Where the brunt of the responsibility lies will differ between companies.
