16 Personality Factor

The 16 Personality Factor is a type of personality test. Based on decades of research, it measures personality traits against 16 dimensions. Examples include dominance, liveliness, and sensitivity. The assessment is often used to determine how well a job candidate may fit into your team or the company culture.
The test is a self-reported assessment where you rate yourself against the questions. There are 164 questions in the assessment that you must answer. For each one, you rate how accurately it describes yourself on a scale from 1 – 5. 1 means you disagree with the statement and 5 means you agree with it.
