DiSC Assessment

The DISC assessment is a form of personality test. The term ‘DISC’ stands for dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. These are the main four domains against which the test measures the participant’s personality. It is used to describe how you act towards others and in your everyday life.
It is a self-reported test, meaning that the person answers questions about their own behavior. The DISC test is one of the most popular personality assessments in the world and is often used in recruitment. By analyzing a candidate’s personality, hiring managers can make better decisions on who has the traits required of the role.
