What is Aptitude Test

Aptitude tests provide a way of testing an individual’s abilities in certain areas. You can discover more about their skills and how they react to situations. It is not about finding out how knowledgeable someone is, but more how proficient they are at particular skills.
Aptitude tests use scoring to show how good the respondent is at a certain ability and they are completely standardized. Types of aptitude tests include verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, in-tray exercises, and situational judgement tests. Some test reading comprehension, analytical skills, or how proficient the person is at certain tasks. These tests are extremely useful in recruitment to find out whether a candidate has the skills required for the role.
