What does the Bryq assessment look like?
The assessment has been designed to simulate a working day – so it looks and feels like working with your remote colleagues over a messaging app.It includes questions designed to assess your cognitive skills (verbal, logical, numerical and attention to detail) and your personality. There are two versions of the assessment available: the standard (20 minutes) and the extended version (45 minutes) – your prospective employer will choose which version you will receive.
The assessment scenario is fictional and bears no relation to your prospective employer. All the questions are at a secondary education level (high-school); below are some examples of the kind of questions you will receive:
Logical Reasoning
Assesses the ability to logically and rationally arrive at the correct conclusions through a thought process.
Numerical Reasoning
Assesses the ability to understand, comprehend, and draw logical conclusions from numerical data.

Personality Assessment
