It is important to be able to see both apple pictures, cause these represent the type of graphics that you will see during the assessment process. If you can’t see them, you will have problems during the assessment that may impact your results.

Here are a couple of tips on how to fix the issue:
– Use a modern browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc)
– Do not use any ad blockers or similar
– Disable any VPNs that you may be using.
– It might be helpful to open a window in the “Incognito Mode” or “Private Mode” of your browser and take the test there (can avoid some issues with extensions)

After you apply the fixes above, please copy the link from the GET STARTED button and open it again in your browser.

If the problem persists, you may want to try a different device than the one you are using.
