Our 5-Step Hiring Process
Candidate Application
Once the requirement for a new member of our team is identified, we will prepare the relevant job description and post it on our website and common job sites. Interested candidates can apply through our career page.
Invitation to the Bryq assessment
All candidates are invited to take the Bryq assessment. We will not screen candidates by their resumes; even referrals follow the same process. Make sure to visit our candidate page to find out details about the assessment.
Candidate shortlist and phone interview
HR will contact shortlisted candidates for a phone interview.
In-person or video interview
Once a selection is made, those candidates will proceed to the next interview stage in-person with the hiring manager.
Final Decision and Offer
HR and Hiring Manager decide which candidate they would like to extend an offer to.
