  1. We assess your current employees with our engaging and valid assessment.

  2. We get the KPIs that matter to you from your existing systems. This can include quota achievement, attendance, tenure, incidents, etc.

  3. We build a predictive model for the specific role based on what works today for your company.

This process is similar to a typical I-O Criteria Validity Study but can be completed in 1-2 weeks instead of the usual 4-6 months.

If you don't have a big enough sample or time to validate a role, our AI parsing of your job description still yields reliable results.
