Interview Questions

Interview questions are designed to assess a candidate's skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success in a role. Common types include behavioral questions, which explore how candidates handled past situations; situational questions, which assess problem-solving in hypothetical scenarios; and technical questions that test job-specific knowledge. Cultural fit and motivational questions help determine if the candidate aligns with the company’s values and is genuinely interested in the role.
