These are three sample questions from Bryq's AI Fluency for Account Managers assessment, an AI fluency test for hiring account managers. The full assessment covers three skills: preparing customer deliverables with AI, analyzing account data with AI and advising customers on AI products. Each question sets out a realistic account scenario involving AI and asks which response fits best, with four options to choose from.

Question
You manage a customer's account. You and its buyer share a six-page renewal plan. It also records the discount terms you both agreed. Two dates have moved, so you ask an AI assistant to update them. It returns the full plan with both new dates in place. The buyer signs the revised plan on Friday.
Select your answer
Ask the AI assistant for only the two changed lines, to paste into the plan the buyer already has.
Check that the AI assistant's version keeps the plan's headings, numbering and page layout unchanged.
Rebuild the plan from a blank template, using the AI assistant only to word the two new dates.
Add a line to your request telling the AI assistant to leave every other word of the plan as it is.
WHY IS THIS THE CORRECT ANSWER
An AI assistant that returns a whole document can change wording it was not asked to touch, so asking for only the changed lines keeps the agreed terms intact.

Question
You manage the account of a regional freight company. Before its quarterly review, an AI assistant adds recent news to your brief from public web pages. It reports a new depot opening and a new finance director this year. A software firm with almost the same name is based in the same city. You plan to open the review on those two facts.
Select your answer
Ask the AI assistant to name the web page behind each fact in the brief before you use it.
Check that the AI assistant's brief covers the company's size, its leaders and its recent news.
Rerun the brief with the AI assistant limited to the freight company's own website as its source.
Ask the AI assistant to keep only facts from web pages published in the last twelve months.
WHY IS THIS THE CORRECT ANSWER
An AI assistant can merge facts about two similarly named companies into one brief without saying so. Asking for the page behind each fact shows which company it describes.
Advising customers on AI products

Question
A property management firm is buying the product's AI feature that summarizes inspection reports. Tenants receive the summary, not the full report. The firm plans to keep only the reports and rerun the feature in a dispute. In your demo, the same report ran twice and came back with slightly different wording.
Select your answer
Advise the firm to store each AI summary as sent to tenants, since a rerun can word it differently.
Tell the firm a rerun will give the same AI summary, because the stored report it reads won't change.
Advise the firm to keep three AI summaries of every report, each from a separate run of the feature.
Advise the firm to rerun the AI feature only on the disputed section, so the wording stays close.
WHY IS THIS THE CORRECT ANSWER
The product's AI feature can word a summary differently each time it runs on the same report, so only a stored copy shows what a tenant received.
